Witness Report of Fuel efficiency measurement in BAPCO Gasoil by the additivation using FCS-27
Scope
BV Inspectorate chemist witnessed the doping of fuel additive in BAPCO Gas Oil and efficiency measurement of the additive in two trucks .
Job Location
Additive performance is tested in Bahrain International F1 Circuit on 22/06/2016.

Fuel: BAPCO regular Gas Oil
Fuel Additive: FCS-27
Truck used in the Efficiency measurement of FCS-27
Truck No: 87767 (2014 Volvo)
Truck No: 46390 (2009 Hino)
Equipment’s used in the measurement
The following Calibrated items were used in the measurement on site
1 500 ml & 100ml measuring cylinder for the additivation of fuel in to the truck tank
2 Thermo probe to measure temperature in the fuel tank
3 Thermo Hygrometer to measure atmospheric condition

Remark: Above trial run was witnessed by representative from BAPCO, Bahrain Ministry of Environment and Bureau Veritas Inspectorate.
Result:
Fuel consumption of observed Trucks was increased by the additivation of FCS-27 in BAPCO Gas Oil
1 Average 24% of fuel consumption reduced by the use of FCS-27 in Truck 87767 (Volvo 2014)
2 Average 15% of fuel consumption reduced by the use of FCS-27 in Truck 46390 (Hino 2009)
